01. Payment & Orders

All orders must be paid in full before dispatch. K3nugostore does not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). Accepted payment methods include secured card payments via Paystack and bank transfers.

02. Wigs & Extensions

All sales are final on used items. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on worn, installed, customized, or washed wigs. Please inspect your premium units carefully upon delivery before any modifications are made.

03. Damaged Arrivals

Exchange is guaranteed within 48 hours if the item arrives damaged or significantly misrepresented.

IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT:

You must provide an unboxing video as proof of the condition on arrival. Claims without a clear, uncut unboxing video cannot be processed.

04. Unopened Returns

Items in their original sealed boutique packaging may be returned within 7 days for store credit only. No cash refunds will be issued. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

05. How to File a Claim

Contact our boutique team via WhatsApp or Email within 48 hours.

Provide your Order ID and the required unboxing video evidence.
